As an international client, I really appreciated how clear and easy-to-follow the instructions were, which made the testing process straightforward and stress-free. Carolin.F was very fantastic helpful, she even directed me the right order when I got confused with the different panels. I sent her many emails with questions and each time she responded right away with answers & details. I received the results sooner. Overall 1000/10. I am happy I chose Mosaic Dx.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Use them for most of my functional lab needs. Platform is easy to navigate, support is quick and helpful, and I'm grateful they exist. The only thing I'd love to see is more support for other practitioners outside the conventional license model (or from other countries' practitioner models), like functional nutrition practitioners.

I would like either a full refund or a new test ran, but Mosaic Diagnostics refuses to take responsibility for only providing partial test results.  I paid my practitioner $320 for an IgG Food Map test.  Samples were collected 5/9/24, and I waited nearly 2 months for results.  Due to an issue with the slides in the lab, I received a partial report with a list of excluded analytes on 7/2/24.  Wheat and nuts excluded from the analytes, but one of the main reasons the test was ordered.  Mosaic issued a $80 partial refund, refused to issue a full refund, and would not re-run the test to provide the results I needed.  Do not order a test from this company.

Serious, knowledgeable and respectable prices for their services! As I live in Europe I performed an OAT test which cannot be done here.  I had the honor of receiving customer support from Caroline Franks.  She helped me and answered my questions and delivered a very extraordinary service. I called and they said they do not have an eta on when that will be completed. even though the estimated time of completion they put is well past due. They are dealing with people's health which is not a joke and it seems that they are taking it very lightly. DO NOT GET ANY TESTS WITH THEM!! there are better companies out there that have better customer service. I wish I could do 0 stars because they do not deserve one.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The process is simple, easy, quick and reasonable pricing. Overall, I can say that I had a positive experience with Mosaic testing. Would I recommend this to others?...Yes.
Conclusion:
-88% Reliable.
-Food: Less accurate with Meats & Dairy (for me).
-Some items that I absolutely enjoy eating & have very little to no issues with, have high testing results, which is quite confusing to say the least.
-I believe that we’re missing something. A piece of information or data that would calibrate the results better or allow us to have a more precise interpretation of the results, like combing IgG & IgE results together. If IgA & IgM were tested as well, then maybe we’ll have a better picture of what’s going on?

Be warned that the results from the OAT test is complicated and Great Plains will only work with doctors so if your doctor doesn’t know how to read the test, and most don’t, then you need to find a doctor who does. Good luck with that. Customer service was very disappointing at best.
