Overview

Mental health is often approached from the surface—symptoms, diagnoses, and quick fixes—yet beneath it all lies the powerful influence of the body’s toxic load on the brain and nervous system. Environmental chemicals, heavy metals, mold, processed foods, and even everyday household exposures can quietly impair neurotransmitters, disrupt brain signaling, and fuel anxiety, depression, fatigue, and cognitive decline. In this talk, we’ll explore the root cause connections between toxins and mental health, highlight key detoxification pathways, and discuss practical strategies to “unburden the brain” and restore mental clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being.
