Overview
Glutaric acid on the Organic Acids Test (OAT) from Mosaic Diagnostics Laboratory is a common marker to see elevated. Elevations of this marker indicate a need for more riboflavin (vitamin B2). The question is why is riboflavin so often detected deficient on the OAT? This lecture from Kurt N. Woeller, FMAPS of Integrative Medicine Academy will explore the various roles of vitamin B2 in human biochemistry and help and provide a deeper appreciation for this essential nutrient.
