Overview

This webinar will discuss how Thiamine (Vitamin B1) is a critical vitamin for health and longevity. In many metabolic reactions this nutrient is front and center in its importance and influence. There are markers on the Organic Acids Test that can be influenced by thiamine deficiency. For anyone using the OAT either personally or in clinical practice, it is important to understand some of the biochemistry of thiamine and how it influences interpretation of the OAT.
