Overview

Nearly every nutrient we consume through food has some role in cellular biology, as well as mitochondrial function. However, there are certain nutrients which are vitally important for mitochondria activity and its production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Without these specific nutrients the function of mitochondria is greatly compromised, as well as overall health. The focus of this lecture by Kurt N. Woeller, DO of Integrative Medicine Academy is to discuss these vital nutrients and they function within the mitochondria.
