Overview

The innate immune system is an important component of overall immunity. It is often overlooked or underappreciated in favor of adaptive immunity through its T-cell sequencing and antibody production. In general, the immune system is a complex array of cells, signaling chemicals, and other cellular components all coordinated with the intent to protect against pathogens and form memory function for future invasive encounters. This webinar lecture by Kurt N. Woeller, DO will explore the innate immune system more in-depth and its importance in coordinating activity for overall immune function.
